Our group is a judgement-free zone. We’ve all had issues around emotional eating. I have struggled with it. I don’t know many people who haven’t. We all turn to food as a source of comfort from uncomfortable feelings.

Our society celebrates with food at every opportunity. Feeding others and being fed are all associated with early love lessons. That’s why it’s so important to work through the process together to understanding those feelings that lie behind our eating patterns.

Wendi Francis is a pioneer in her field with specialty areas in food psychology and eating disorders.
